Social Equality

At ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, we believe that advancing the science of business means grappling with the hardest questions facing society.

Our research therefore explores how data-driven policy, responsible business and inclusive economic thinking can help reduce inequality and shape a fairer world.

Education in Social Equality

Our degree programmes and executive courses explore how business, leadership and innovation can help address inequality, strengthen communities and create more inclusive forms of economic and social value. Students develop the practical, analytical and global perspective to work with and lead on complex social challenges across organisations and markets.

Modules and electives

  • Our Global Experience Weeks give students the opportunity to apply their learning to major global themes and challenges, building international perspective through exposure to different markets, organisations and social contexts.
  • Our Shaping Frontier Markets module looks at organisations operating in low-income societies of Sub-Saharan Africa to stimulate contextually sensitive understanding about how business can generate rather than extract value from frontier markets.
  • Leading Social Innovation explores the brave new world of social innovation and how businesses can tackle social problems through social innovation.
