Established in 2005, the IDEA Lab team at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Business School is leading the way in global business education, using Innovation, Digital Education, and Analytics to unlock learner potential.
We are revolutionising learning and empowering visionary leaders through AI and other emerging technologies, with a focus on pedagogy-first experiential, adaptive and personalised teaching and learning that prioritise the student experience.
Innovation
We support ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Business School educators to develop, implement, and evaluate pioneering educational technologies and pedagogies for our online and on-campus programmes. This includes actively experimenting with emerging technologies such as AI, VR and learning analytics to drive innovation.

We support ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Business School’s world class academics to design and deliver online, blended and on-campus programmes. All our programmes are delivered via Canvas: a modern, intuitive platform designed to improve students' online learning experience.
Excellence in online and blended teaching and learning
- Global Online MBA The Global Online MBA is a part-time programme that is delivered in an online format, focusing on innovative thinking and new technology to deliver a practical curriculum.
- Executive MBA Our Executive MBA is a 23-month part-time programme designed to prepare executives to be leaders in a technology-driven world and provide a thorough knowledge of essential business disciplines.
- MSc Strategic Marketing Our MSc Strategic Marketing (Online) is a highly interdisciplinary programme, combining technology, analytics, and innovation, preparing students for strategic marketing roles across all sectors.
Innovation in on-campus teaching, student support and assessment
Across our on-campus programmes we support academics to enhance their curriculum and pedagogy using AI and other available technologies. This helps to enrich classroom activities as well as online learning experiences, and supports a wide variety of assessments. We continuously pilot and evaluate the use of new technologies, for example the development of AI Tutors to complement and amplify existing support for students.
