From fiscal models of food and alcohol taxation to microsimulations of cardiovascular disease across 21 countries, our research addresses the most consequential questions in health economics and policy: which interventions work, for whom, at what cost and with what effect on inequality. Our portfolio spans obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, diet, pharmaceutical pricing, health system reform, environmental risk and pandemic preparedness. Research combines large-scale quantitative analysis with direct policy translation across Europe, South Asia and beyond.
