Increase your international experience by completing electives at a partner school
The Global Exchange elective is the perfect opportunity for students on our MBA programmes and students on our MSc in Management (MiM), MSc Strategic Marketing and MSc Strategic Marketing (online, part-time) to tap into a world of possibilities driven by innovation and international collaboration.
On a professional level, you'll gain insights into global markets and business practices, setting you up for a global career. On a personal level, you'll discover new sides of yourself, cultivate lifelong friendships and develop a true appreciation for the rich tapestry of our global community. Once you're back at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ, you’ll be ready to tackle the final hurdle of your programme with a fresh set of skills and insights. Plus, at the end of your journey, you’ll have the opportunity to impress potential employers with your global experience.
The Global Exchange programme is subject to a competitive application process and places are limited. To be accepted you must be in good academic standing and you will be required to attend exchanges in person.
Please note, partner schools are subject to change. We hold different agreements with all of our partner schools and not all schools will be available to your programme. Further detailed information will be communicated at the exchanges briefing, which you will be invited to join once you have started your programme.

4. Financial flexibility
The standard Global Exchange is included in your tuition fees. If your application is successful, you'll just need to cover your food, lodging, visa, travel and some extracurricular programme fees, depending on the exchange partner. If finance is a barrier, means-tested funding may be available for eligible students to help make an exchange opportunity more accessible.
Please note, for students wishing to attend Extended Global Exchange, you must transfer to the 16-month programme to participate, which incurs an additional programme fee.
Exchanges available
Students will have the opportunity to apply for a Global Exchange at the partner school of their choice. Please note that each partner school will have a different offering, but if your application is successful you may choose to study either:
- one module over the course of one week or weekend;
- two or more modules over the course of a few weeks.
Exchange modules taken at partner institutions are graded as pass/fail by ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ and will not contribute to the calculation of your final degree classification.

Exchanges with ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Business School
If you are interested in an exchange at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Business School you will need to be nominated by your home school. We must have an existing partnership agreement with your school; unfortunately we cannot accept free mover students. If there is a partnership in place, you will be given more information about the exchange programme by your home school.
