Outcome of consultation
Thank you to everyone who took part in the Residential Engagement Strategy consultation, which concluded on 1 May.
We’re pleased to share that there was strong overall support for the proposed strategy. No major concerns or objections were raised, so the version presented during the consultation has now been adopted without any significant changes.
The feedback also reassured us that the approach — including earlier revisions — reflects what students need and expect from their residential experience.

Ongoing engagement
There will continue to be opportunities to share your thoughts and help shape the Residential Engagement Strategy through existing student feedback channels, including:
- the end-of-year exit survey
- start-of-session induction and welcome activities
