ÌýThe workshop is co-organised by Vahid Shahrezaei (Mathematics, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ), Samuel Marguerat (MRC LMS, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ) and Mauricio Barahona (Mathematics, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ) with advice from Sarah Teichmann and Martin Hemberg (Sanger Institute, Cambridge). Ìý

The meeting will bring together theoretical, computational and experimental groups to present recent advances in high-dimensional single-cell data acquisition, analysis, and integration, and to discuss in an open manner the leading challenges in this rapidly evolving area.Ìý
