The P&P Portal offers parents and managers tailored, self-directed learning to support the transition to parenthood.
The portal is an online platform that supports employees throughout the transition to parenthood. Whether you are an expectant parent, on parental or adoption leave, or recently returned to work, the portal offers discussion forums, goal-setting progress trackers, interactive exercises, videos, checklists, and case studies designed to help you.
Managers have access to their own portal, which provides concise, just-in-time support for those who need a refresher on how best to support a team member through their journey to parenthood and return to work. This includes guidance on how to communicate best and support staff before, during and after leave, and how to support career integration on return.
You can even access the P&P Coaching Portal through your smartphone. Go to your App Store and search for TalentLMS (a blue tile app with a white cloud outline). Once the app is downloaded, enter your Portal username and password to access it.
If you are interested in registering for access to the (P&P) Parent & Professional Career Management Portal, please email the team via admin@pandpcoaching.co.uk. When submitting a request, please include your:
- Full name

- Company name (³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ)
Once you have been registered, you will receive an invitation from Parent and Professional (P&P) to access the portal.
