How accessible is the website?
Vocareum, Inc. uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) to guide its development work.
Vocareum continually tests content and features for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance and remediates issues to meet or exceed the standards. Testing of digital content is performed by their accessibility experts using automated testing, screen readers, a colour contrast analyser, keyboard-only navigation techniques, and a variety of bookmarklets.
Vocareum is working toward WCAG 2.2, referencing a VPAT Accessibility Conformance Report (January 2026, by independent third party ADACP) covering WCAG 2.2 AA, Section 508 and EN 301 549 standards. Testing covered pages across student, instructor and admin interfaces using NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, keyboard-only navigation and zoom testing. Remediation of identified gaps was targeted for June 2026; as of this statement, confirmation of completed remediation is still pending and should be checked with Vocareum before publication.
This page will be updated when further information on testing becomes available.
