The Implementation Network brings together leaders from across faculties, departments and central and professional services alongside the Great Service programme team to plan and prepare for the transition to Atlas together. Each member of the network is accountable for the readiness of their respective area, with support from a local Change Manager.
The existence of the network will ensure all teams across ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ will have access to the same information at the same time. The programme team will share updates and toolkits, support with managing risks, issues and dependencies and facilitate open communication of key information and actions from the programme.

The network will benefit from a single, consistent set of programme materials and messaging, receiving early visibility of findings and resources relevant to their area. It will provide a two-way channel where feedback and concerns are not only heard but visibly acted upon.
The best use of limited time
This approach ensures skills and resources are aligned to business needs throughout the programme lifecycle, makes better use of the limited capacity available across faculties, departments and central and professional services, and provides advance notice of actions with realistic effort estimates.
