The Centre conducts research in a broad range of subject areas and with a large number of collaborators, both within ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ and externally. The scope of this work can broadly be categorised into four research themes:

2 column colour block

Preparedness and Response to Emerging Threats

Our research focuses on developing and applying methods to support timely risk assessment, including short-term forecasting to support demand management and medium-term scenario modelling to support policy making.

Vaccines and Therapeutics

The Centre retains a strong focus on vaccines and therapeutics across multiple disease areas, which span the whole development pipeline from discovery science, clinical trials, through to impact monitoring and programme optimisation.
