We offer a small suite of options, with 3 or 4 modules to choose from each year of your undergraduate degree.
Year 1 modules

Global Challenges: Sustainable Innovation: Work in teams to explore major issues facing the world today, understand them and innovate to improve them.

The Science of User Experience: Explore the nature of human experience, and why it is so necessary to understand the science behind experience in order to innovate, influence, or create lasting change in the world.
Year 2 modules
Global Village: Innovation Challenge: Research sustainable development issues within a specific community and design a solution for a real-world humanitarian problem.- Global Village: Visual Arts Challenge: Research sustainable development issues within a specific community and create an art exhibit inspired by that community.
- My World: Be Happy: Explore the concept of happiness and design and test a variety of measures to improve happiness in your own life
Year 3 & 4 modules
Sustainability in Practice: Use real-world volunteering experiences to reflect on critical theories of social and environmental sustainability and propose new ideas for change.- My Life, My Future: Explore who you are and want to be as a person, using critical and cultural theory to understand your place in the world.
- People, Cultures and Creating Change: Explore how understanding yourself and others can increase your impact as a Change Maker.
- Change Makers Independent Project: Follow up your own interests in a global issue, such as human sustainable development or environmental stewardship, with an extended independent project of your own design.
