If you've walked through Dalby Court recently, you may have noticed two new things! You may not know, however, that our new 'coming soon' vinyl across the Electrical and Electronic Engineering Café windows and the new pop-up pod are connected!
Over the whole of Autumn term, Devorer's pop-up pod will be serving a new cuisine from a new street food vendor every fortnight, bringing you food from all around the world. Using their in-house developed system, they'll analyse anonymous data including dwell time, transactions, sales and footfall data, as well as in-person surveys to discover which menu has been most popular over the term.
Once our newly refurbished space inside the Electrical and Electronic Engineering is ready to open, we'll use these insights to guide the food we build our offering around; built for you and shaped by you. So head on down to the pop-up pod to help us choose which cuisine we add to campus next!
See the fortnightly rotation of cuisines below - if something appeals, head to Dalby Court to try it and let us know what you think!
