Learn Punjabi in London with ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ after:hours. Our Punjabi language classes are open to adults who are complete beginners, with evening courses designed to fit around work and other commitments.
Classes are taught in a friendly and supportive environment by an experienced Punjabi language tutor. The course develops practical skills in speaking, listening, reading and writing, with a strong emphasis on building confidence in everyday communication.
Beginners are introduced to essential Punjabi vocabulary, pronunciation and grammar, alongside the Gurmukhi script. From the first classes you will begin using Punjabi in practical situations such as greetings and introductions, asking for directions, shopping and ordering food.
Alongside language learning, the course also introduces aspects of Punjabi culture, traditions, music and everyday life, including the language as it is used within Punjabi communities in South Asia and the UK. This helps students develop a broader understanding of the cultural contexts in which Punjabi is spoken.
Our Punjabi evening classes take place at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ in South Kensington. No previous experience is needed, and you do not need to be an ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ student or member of staff to enrol.
