We have four memberships available for staff: Basic, Club ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ and Club ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Gold as well as pay-as-you-go sessions. If you choose the Basic or Club ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ membership, you can boost your access with one of our bolt-on packages.
Staff Memberships
Our basic membership gives you access to Ethos and allows you to book and use other Ethos facilities at standard staff rates.
You can top up your membership with group class or swimming bolt-ons.

Memberships for you and your partner
We also have memberships that allow your partner the same access to Ethos as you have, even if they don't work at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ. Proof of living at the same address will be required to activate the partner membership. Please note, that your partner can only be offered the same membership that you have.

Direct Debit memberships are subject to a minimum 2-month contract.
Pre-booking
We require all activities and sessions to be pre-booked at Ethos. Make sure you book a session when you want to visit, including for all classes, gym sessions, sports hall bookings, and pool use - you won't be able to enter the building without a booking.
Booking and Cancellation Information
Due to an an ongoing issue with users booking sessions and then not attending without cancelling beforehand, we have introduced a non-cancellation penalty. Any members who miss multiple sessions within a 7-day period will have their booking ability suspended for the following 7 days. Any pre-booked sessions for this timeframe will be cancelled and fully refunded.
Please note: all sessions can be cancelled up until they are due to start via MyLeisureHub. Pay-as-you go members can cancel via (³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Staff and Students) or by emailing move@imperial.ac.uk (Other Members).
White City
Staff working at White City campus are eligible for discounted gym membership at Westway Sports Centre.
