Every organisation and workplace will have Neurodivergent employees. Dyslexia has been estimated to affect 10-15% of the population.

What is Neurodiversity and Neurodivergence?

Neurodiversity is a range of commonly co-occurring ‘conditions’ related to processing or cognitive differences. It includes Dyslexia, Autism, ADHD, and more. 

Another widely used term is Specific Learning Difference (SpLD). Language is constantly changing and at ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ we have chosen to adopt Neurodiversity & Neurodivergent terminology to help promote and recognise all variations of Neurodivergence.

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ offers a suite of technology programmes which are designed to support students in their studies.

Some of these programmes may also be of help to Neurodivergent staff and students Neurodivergence, such as MindView (a mind-mapping tool), and Claro Read (a screen reader).

Dyslexia Champions™ are volunteers who contribute towards a Dyslexia and Neurodivergence friendly workplace culture.

They can answer your questions and provide informal support related to Dyslexia and other ‘processing differences’, such as Dyspraxia and Dyscalculia.
