Thanks to a mix of academic, business and project management experience - the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Projects team have a proven track record working with interdisciplinary academic groups, managing numerous stakeholders, and navigating the complexities of commercial ventures.

Membership and benchmarking programmes

The Transport Strategy Centre provides benchmarking analysis, best practice and policy support to over 140 transport operators around the world. ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Projects support the TSC by conducting due diligence on potential members,  handling the contract negotiations, and then on-boarding them. Technical capacity or capability building

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Projects helped the Mubadala Development Company, and Professors Sir Steve Bloom and  Karim Meeran (from the Department of Medicine) set up the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Diabetes Centre in Abu Dhabi in 2006. The team continues to provide a range of technical services to ensure the centres continued success thanks to support from ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Projects including technical reporting and development of the annual operating plan. Regular analysis and reporting

The Breathe London air-quality monitoring network is run by the School of Public Health's Environmental Research Group and combines air pollution science, toxicology and epidemiology to determine the impact of air pollution on health. It started in 2021 thanks to funding from the GLA and support from ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Projects with 136 sensors across London - and has expanded to 439 today.  Read more.

Repeat and long-term testing initiatives

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ COVID-19 testing facility

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Projects supported ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's contribution to the COVID Testing Alliance - part of the Department of Health and Social Care's partnership with the London Testing Alliance, bought about by MedCity in December 2020  They handled contracts, procurement, invoicing and reporting for the testing facility, comprising of the Molecular Diagnostic Unit led by Professor Myra McClure, and Professor Paul Freemont's high-throughput robotic platform for RNA extraction. Forensic Toxicology Services

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ's Toxicology Unit  has provided an analytical service to Coroners in England and Wales for over 30 years and offers routine sample analysis, as well as hair analysis. ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Projects provide contract management for multiple clients, financial administration and handle the high volumes of invoicing and payments. Gut Hormone Testing Services

Led by Professor Sir Steve Bloom, the Gut Hormone team conducts plasma testing and analysis services for hospitals world-wide, including 250 hospitals & NHS trusts across the UK to identify patients with gastrointestinal tumours. ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Projects provide high volume contracting and financial support.
