Chemical Kitchen

An ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ education project that uses cooking as a parallel to scientific, medical and professional practice.

Since 2019, Chemical Kitchen has grown into a portfolio reaching around 1,000 learners a year, from students across STEMMB to senior leaders in executive education. Everyone has cooked, and that shared starting point lets us set aside disciplinary content to focus on what training leaves implicit: from precision and dexterity in the lab to how professionals collaborate and make decisions. We welcome colleagues wanting to collaborate, use the facility or build on our research.
