Nurturing the next generation of researchers and clinicians in Paediatrics and Child Health is central to the Centre's mission. Our goal is to promote excellent holistic undergraduate and postgraduate education to equip our trainees to be inquisitive and able to contribute to advances in paediatrics and child health, promoting healthy development and the early identification of disease in future generations of children.

Undergraduate

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ College School of Medicine has developed an innovative spiral curriculum for students embarking on the six-year MBBS/BSc in Medicine. Life sciences, child health and development, and clinical paediatrics from conception to adulthood are threaded through the six years, with an increasing emphasis on the provision of longitudinal undergraduate experiences.

Postgraduate

The postgraduate offering from the Centre is broad-ranging to provide inclusivity, diversity and accessibility to those studying, working and teaching in the field of Paediatrics and Child Health. ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ has a long history of collaborative working and supporting professional development. The aim of the postgraduate education arm of the Centre is therefore to provide a central umbrella under which access to Paediatric education across the College and affiliated NHS clinical institutions can be brought together.
