Access to Learning Analytics dashboards is managed in line with user roles, responsibilities and dashboard availability. Access is currently being rolled out in phases across departments and use cases.

³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Learning Analytics is managed in accordance with university policies, UK data protection legislation and the ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Learning Analytics Code of Practice. Access is restricted to authorised users with a legitimate educational or operational purpose.
Most ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Learning Analytics dashboard data is refreshed from sources daily. However there is a 2 day lag between changes in source data appearing in the dashboards.
Some metrics may use a different refresh frequency. Where this applies, it will be stated within the dashboard and supporting documentation.
³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏ Learning Analytics dashboards bring together data from a range of university systems, including digital education platforms (Blackboard, Panopto and Canvas), attendance, and student record systems. Data sources may vary between dashboards.
